Me Ciobanu, who holds a law degree from Quebec, completed his training at the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al before being sworn in to the Quebec Bar in 2018. He also holds a Master’s degree in civil law, which he obtained in Moldavia before choosing to settle in Quebec. He has extensive legal experience in Europe and Canada.<\/p>\n

With significant experience as a general contractor in the Quebec construction industry, he specializes mainly in corporate and construction law.<\/p>\n

In addition to his expertise in these areas, Mr. Ciobanu also practices immigration law, family law, general civil law and administrative law. His experience extends to litigation, notably before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) and the Federal Court of Canada.<\/p>\n
