Houda Bougottaya

Since 2006, Houda Bougottaya has held a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences in Tunis, Tunisia. Houda is much more than an experienced lawyer.

With a diversified legal career in Tunisia, she acquired her skills and experience at her Tunis law firm, where she successfully handled numerous cases in commercial, civil, land, criminal and administrative law, as well as delicate family law matters. His experience in international law has enabled him to develop expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts for clients on an international scale.

This remarkable career also includes seven (7) years’ experience in the office of the Vice President of Finance at the African Development Bank. Houda brings to Privilège Légal an unfailing passion for taking on new challenges, strengthening the team with her expertise and exceptional dynamism.

His command of several languages, including French, English and Arabic, makes him a valuable addition to the team. It goes without saying that Houda Bougattoya is an undeniable asset for Privilège Légal.
